Ordering Process
If this is your first time working with us, make sure you fill out a contact form to have a Honeycomb rep assigned to your account and walk you through our process to completion.
If you’re an active hive member, give your account manager a heads up so they can communicate important deadlines and make sure your request is filled out to completion.
Questions to answer:
- What product is going into the packaging?
- What style of packaging do you want? Soft touch box? Mylar?
- Does your packaging require child resistant options?
After you’ve made your hardware selection, a member of the team can provide you the artwork file to work with, or you can send the artwork directly to your Honeycomb account manager and have our team lay out the design for you.
All artwork and design specifications will be sent over on a single document for review and signoff. This helps us catch any inconsistencies and ensure order accuracy.
After the proof is signed off on, you will receive an invoice from Honeycomb. Payment is due before order is initiated with the factory.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation number for your order along with the confirmed lead time. Your Honeycomb Account Manager will schedule final shipment once the order has arrived to our warehouse.
